I purchased an LED light therapy mask thru my aesthetic doctor’s office. After 12 or so uses it was shutting off intermittently and changing LED color modes by itself. Although I was a bit outside the warranty/return period, I reached out to Capillus for assistance to see if they could troubleshoot the issue. I worked with Isis, the customer service professional who answered my call and email. After sharing a few photos and the serial number, Isis promptly issued a UPS return label so the unit could be sent back for the Technicians to review and troubleshoot. Within 2 days of them receiving the mask, they sent an email that they identified a problem in the battery pack/electrical ribbon. They promptly sent a new replacement LED Mask, which I received the next day.From my first contact, to receiving the new mask — was exactly one week.
