I was very excited about this device after hearing all the success stories, unfortunately I didn't have a positive experience. During the first few months a significant amount of hair fell out and because I was on bio-identical hormone therapy new hair wasn't growing back (would've been nice to know this likely side effect before I purchased the device) so I had to stop the BIHRT and now 2 years later I'm back to where I started with my hair. It is a long process and was stressful and not sure that I would recommend it for the cost, maintenance and limited results yet continue to use the device for fear that my hair will be worse off if I don't as the instructions say that you need to use it for life to maintain what new hair growth you have.
