I've purchased from them in the past via Amazon but opted to purchase directly from their site this time around. I ordered the flower fountain and a year's worth of refills. The purchase was made January 11, 2019; I received proof of payment via PayPal and when I when I made the purchase the site gave me my order number but no email of the order which I found strange. After ten days of receiving no shipping notification I sent an email to customer service with the order number and the PayPal transaction number. They then requested the order number again and a copy of the order receipt. All I have is the PayPal notification, which I attached with the response. They mustn't have read the email because I included this information already. I have no idea what's going on, but if they don't ship what I ordered I will need a refund.I have their large food tree, which as been wonderful. One cat lost weight, the other gained weight because he scarfed-and-barfed his food daily (a full 1/4 cup of food in less than 30 seconds). This food tree requires they work for their food and eat slowly. I also have the corner self-grooming stations, which both of them love. The ball and track toy, with the ball and attaching pieces, has been exactly useless. One cat has no interest, the other keeps trying to bite off the clear plastic to get to the ball. I'm considering just giving the toy to a friend because it may be more successful. These items were purchased via Amazon. If you want a better shopping experience from this company do it via Amazon and not directly through the site. FYI I'm in the USA and made the purchase through their USA website.
