Do not purchase directly from catit U.K. They are thoroughly unprofessional and sounded like they were running the business from a garden shed. Brash and unhelpful, I spent £5 to cover postage of a water fountain water which cost £30, yet the order was sent by standard Royal Mail with no tracking information provided. It is almost a week now and I am still waiting for the water fountain to arrive. Avoid these cowboys and go elsewhere whereby you will receive email acknowledgment of your order with thanks.
