Ordered a week ago. Received a tracking number shortly after but it has been a week and usps still hasn’t received the package. I tried both emailing and calling the company and they don’t answer emails or phone calls. There is a recorded message asking customer to leave their name number and a message but the voicemail box is full so you can’t leave a message. Had success ordering in the past so I don’t know what is going on this time.Edit: I added two stars as my order did arrive today. I didn’t change to 5 star because the company did not respond to my email and did not answer the phone. I would use them again but hopefully they can work on their communication to customers.
