I just bought a tub of Cerave's Moisturizing Cream, and expected to find some kind of a seal when I unscrewed the lid. To my surprise the cream had no seal at all and looked as if its has been opened as the cream has an expiry of12 months after being opened. It's a big shame for such a branded company to not invest in its products safety, appearance and guarantee. Careva has disappointed me by lacking its seal and I feel that the cream has been opened and used. It hasnt given me the feeling of opening a brand new cream.Cerave must look into this matter and must sort it out ...
