I was quoted one price when I signed up, but they started charging me significantly more than what was agreed. When I contacted other energy suppliers to compare, they checked my meter readings and confirmed I was being overcharged based on my actual usage.Trying to resolve this has been a nightmare. I can’t get through to anyone on the phone, and when I finally managed to speak to a representative, he was completely unhelpful—refused to give me any real information about my account and brushed off my concerns.Now I’m trying to switch providers, but they’re making it as difficult as possible. It's like they’re trapping me in a contract I never agreed to in the first place.This company is a complete rip-off with disgraceful customer service. Avoid at all costs! I wish I had read more reviews before signing up. Save yourself the stress and go with a more reputable supplier.
