Ignore the bad reviews!A lot of the bad 1 star reviews are for a Champion Energy in Great Britain. I did some quick research and it is not even the same company as the US based Champion Energy Services LLC.This one is a Houston TX based company that I have had great experiences with for the past four years.Champion has always been straightforward with my family.Sometimes the bills are high in Texas summers and winters. But I can commend them that my power didn’t go out even when we had power outages and blackouts during several ice storms in Dallas. Some of my friends did not have power for 1-2 weeks! And we did! And they provided me with quick updates on storms and any outages from Oncor.The SmartTrack emails are a great help to see what time and temperatures you are using the most electricity.Happy to be a customer!
