I recently purchased a pair of socks from ChattyFeet as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I received an empty envelope from USPS a week prior to Christmas, but there was nothing on the envelope indicating it was from ChattyFeet. When I went online to check the status of my order, it indicated that it was delivered on the 14th and I realized that the empty envelope should have contained my socks. I contacted the company and they responded immediately that they would follow up USPS. All they asked for was a picture of the empty envelope. I went ahead and ordered another pair, since they weren't very expensive and didn't find any fault with ChattyFeet. The company wrote me back again and said they would refund my original order, which I did not think was necessary. My second order arrived on the date promised and I was very satisfied with the product. I let ChattyFeet know how pleased I was with how they handled the situation and that I would recommend doing business with them to anyone.
