We bought the Rhode Island XL Coop and had some problems with it. I asked for three replacement parts and let them know of the problem areas on other parts, and they asked for photos. After sending the pictures of the parts we wanted replacements for and also pictures of the other problem areas, I received an email saying thank you and nothing more. I wrote back asking about the replacement parts and asked what their company had to say about the quality issues on the other areas but haven’t received a reply in three days although they were quick to reply every other time. On their website, they boast about quality construction and quality hardware, both of which we found to be untrue as it was not throughout all parts of the coop. The coop is still very nice and feels very sturdy but I think the quality does not match the price we paid and we received poor customer service.
