I ordered a Justina watch via Debenhams. After 2 days of wearing the watch the leather strap "snapped". I contacted Debenhams straight away to advise of the fault and asked for a full refund due to only having the watch for a couple of days and As the Consumer Rights Act clearly states I am well within my rights to expect a full refund as the item was faulty within 14 days of my possession. Both Debenhams and ChrisElli have refused to refund me as ChrisElli state it was not faulty when dispatched. I am absolutely disgusted that even as a gesture of goodwill they refuse to refund me the £31.49. DO NOT purchase anything from ChrisElli or Debenhams!
