Absolutely devastated to be writing this as never had a problem before however delivery is an issue paying £50 for an order paying £6 postage and £11 VAT the order was £68 give or take a few pence ordered Tuesday morning and still not arrived. Have called to chance up the order spoke to two female staff members and both have confirmed they have been inundated with orders over the weekend even though my order is not sale I am not able to get a delivery date, I had to push to get an answer which eventually gave me that the order would not be posted before the weekend unless I paid an extra £5 which would be £11 delivery absolutely I will not be doing that with no guarantee of delivery date. So I now wait.. for my order to arrive.. maybe next week who knows. The service is no way in reflection of the products the cjp acrylic salon system and quality is without a doubt one of the best available. Just a shame the service I have received is poor.”
