I wrote a 1 star review a month ago when this group sent an assessor to look at my wall which had blown over in the recent storm. If I could I would change my rating to zero stars. They rejected my claim. I appealed to SAGA my insurance company. Within days I received a phone call. the SAGA agent said they could not understand why consortium claims had recommended rejecting my claim. Records showed that we had storm force winds that were classified as structurally damaging and that was why my wall blew down. He offered me £150 in compensation for my upset and a settlement for 50% of the cost of rebuilding the wall. The settlement was almost identical to the settlement my neighbour got from his insurance company with no drama. SAGA is an excellent insurance company and they need to dis associate themselves from this mob before their reputation gets tarnished.
