I placed an order for two dog tags (same name/info on each) on 5/30 for our new puppy. On 6/16 I emailed the customer service and asked to cancel the order because we went to a local pet supply store and had one made in-store. On 6/29 (over a week later) they responded to my email and said they couldn’t cancel the order because it was already in production. I didn’t receive the tag until today, 7/9. That is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an order in my opinion. Especially because the company did not indicate that it would take that amount of time to process/ship when I placed the order. Also, no updates provided along the way. So frustrating!
