I ordered a dog tag three weeks ago with the name Luna. It made it to my hometown postal service and then was returned to the sender due to an insufficient address. I had emailed them and got no response. I had to email them three times to get a response. Finally they tried to ship again and the same thing happened. Meanwhile I am getting packages from other companies with no problems. They offered me a refund and I still have not received the refund or a cancellation email after a week and a half. I will never purchase through them EVER! Worst customer service and they do not have a phone number to call!
