We ordered an xl dog bed at the first of October and our account was debited on October 2. We have not received the bed. My wife contacted customer care second half of Oct via the only option via email and explained the email address she had at time of order had stopped working, she provided her new email address plus her phone number and provided order confirmation number and asked for assistance. She never received a response. I began communicating, again via only means available, Nov 2 again providing order confirmation number and again explained wife's email situation. The 24 hiur response promised on website did not occur. I had to email threatening a negative review and finally received a reply from "Sarah" saying she would check on it. Nothing more from her until I kept emailing asking for phone number to call, complaining of poor service and finally a threat for a review and finally today "Sarah" emailed saying she knew nothing but sent another message to inquire and thanked me for my patience and they are there to help. This is pathetic and unacceptable behavior and horrific customer service. So we are out $150 since October 2 and they can't even provide a phone number for us to call or give us the courtesy of a call. This was the second such bed we ordered from them but can assure anyone of interest it will be the last. At this point we just want our money back.Buyer beware
