There was a delivery problem early on that was not the Comfy Sack's fault (FedEx screwed up). The customer service rep Janice was super nice and helpful in resolving the delivery issue and even offered to reimburse part of the cost for the inconvenience. Comfy Sacks went above and beyond to make sure my order was complete and that I was satisfied with my order and delivery, which I definitely am. I cant say enough about their customer service.
