According to my confirmation e-mail for my order I was not to be charged until my order shipped. I was charged the very next day but the order never shipped until 12/30/10. I attempted multiple times to contact their customer service both via phone and e-mail and still have never received a reply. They did nothing to expedite the shipping or in any way make up for their mistake and would not cancel the order. Avoid this company and just buy from your local drugstore.
