I called Connecting Threads on Friday about my order, was told it was being shipped and if I did not receive my order by Tuesday to call back and they would expedite my order! Called Tuesday, but they are out of the quilt kit I ordered. They were sorry but cannot send me something they don't have. They should have sent me a new order on Friday when they had kits. I am very disappointed with the way they handled this. Customer service is not on your side. Side steps any problem and says it is not their problem, that they shipped it out, check with you if you did not receive your order. You should have paid for shipping!!!! My order sat in Atlanta for 13 days.Great products and great prices, but they hold you hostage to pay shipping to receive your order in a timely manner. The shipping company they use sends your order to Atlanta , GA., then just lets it sit there for 7-10 days. My order was sent there on 11-8-21 and it is still sitting there waiting to be delivered. This is bad for business
