Horrible experience with the customer service. They shipped the package to the wrong address, had I not emailed them I would have never known. Then they reshipped it but the date of delivery made it nearly impossible to have anyone sign for it. I asked for help. They offered no help, told me it was my fault because i had asked for a signed delivery. They did not care that it was for a maternity present and that it was sent to an office building. They just told me to change it myself through the app with the postal service, while not mentioning I only having a 4 hour window to do so. I had to solve the problem they created, figure things out by myself and they were of no assistance at all, despite asking for help. It was rude, unprofessional and just frankly really disappointing. The present itself seems to have been appreciated but I DO NOT recommend it at all. You can find similar brands without the horrible experience. It even shocked my French colleagues who had to step in and help
