Terrible service!A Corum agent viewed our property and we were provided with fee information (which was higher than competitors). However, we thought the extra cost would be worth it given the number of properties they appear to sell. We emailed stating we would like them to handle the sale of our property. Over one week went by and no communication. Finally after contacting them again they said that the agent was on holiday. He finally phoned us a week later apologising and said he would get their T&C’s to us and contract to sign. That was over 2 weeks ago and nothing heard from them since. Why waste people’s time Corum?
