I purchased the Chesterfield Handmade Buckingham 3 Seater from Craft Shades and below is my experience. Cost: Website lists Chesterfield Sofa price at USD758 and claims FREE Worldwide shipping. NOT TRUE, You will pay significant shipping, customs, and handling costs. Here's a breakdown of all the costs I had to pay to have the sofa finally delivered to my doorstep: 1- Sofa: USD7582- Factory to Departure Port Shipping: USD1783- Arrival Port Customs Fees: USD3714- Arrival Port Shipping Agent: USD5945- Release & Delivery Agent Fees: USD433-- Actual Overall Total Cost: USD 2334 (More than 3X website price) Time: Order made on August 10th and arrived to my doorstep on November 9th (3 months). Several promise made by the representative on manufacturing in 7 days and confirmed shipping were not met or just plain lies. Communication: Response is fairly quick via WhatsApp and the representative was helpful 50% of the time. Quality:Such a great real leather with quality finish. There is glossiness which I'm not a big fan of which I hope wears off with use. Also there was very minor scratches due to shipping. However, Overall I'm very happy with the final product, fantastic handmade Chesterfield!
