I brought just under £5000 worth of appliances from Creative Kitchen Design, all sorted quite quickly with no issues really, asked if they could hold the appliances on there premises and with over a month before the kitchen fitters would arrive, informed that wouldn’t be a problem, I informed them of the date I needed my appliances, informed no problem, with not hearing from them the week before I needed the appliances, I contacted them, only to be told after a day or so that they couldn’t deliver on the Friday, but would be there on the Monday, Monday turned into Wednesday, which turned into Thursday and they actually delivered my appliances the following week. Kitchen fitters had finished and left, informed it would now cost me extra due to the delay and having to come back, the fitters returned two weeks later to fit the appliances, which was another two further weeks with out a hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, not acceptable. Tony, came up with a couple of excuses and was going to sort out something for me due to the cost and inconvenience caused by Creative Kitchen Design, for someone who was so sorry for messing up the delivery, he’s not forward in getting back in touch, without me emailing him. The long and the short of it, with my experience is, if Tony is ordering your appliances don’t bother and pay the extra, get them from a proper suppliers as I’m still within for him to “SORT SOMETHING OUT FOR ME”.
