We chose them based on sales patter and price. Templating was scheduled for a friday, but due to workload they came following monday. We then waited longer than promised for fitting. on arrival they forgot to bring some of the granite so they then returned the following day. Both joins in the granite were of poor workmanship which they blamed on the kitchen fitter! One of the two joins was so bad I complained to the salesman, who blabbered on about how many work tops they had fitted and refused to even listen to the fact that the join wasn't even level. He then told me to expect this as it was natural stone and I should'nt get so worked up and accept this! They returned following day with another person and proceeded to dismantle the worktop, uprights, doors and skirting board! Their second attempt to join was slightly better than the first, but at this stage we gave up the will to live and accepted that it wasn't going to get any better. We now have a join that's at least flat, but protrudes on the vertical edge. We really would never want them back again.
