Delivered to the wrong address initially but contacted them on a Saturday night and they were there to help me! The man I spoke to offered to send a new one out Monday morning and I'm waiting on it for Christmas gifts. I did not mean to be such a grinch with my review, because this looks clearly like a USPS issue. 5 stars for now until proven otherwise. From a fellow nutmegger.
