Give this $hitty company a 1 star is being generous. Should be nothing. Been using Deliveroo HK since Uber eats were asked to leave (because of Deliveroo and Food Panda) as it was a competition, because Uber eats was perfect! The customer service people are horrible, the riders are slower than turtles, and out of 100 orders, I’ve had maybe 6/7 arrive on time and are correct meals. Majority of them arrive after few hours, and the staff tells me that they won’t give a refund because the food is cooked! I hope the managers/owners of Deliveroo read this, and know that they are running a fraud company with lies based on customer services and timely service. I was also told ‘F*** off’ when I called their office to launch a complain. Since I’m a filmmaker, a Deliveroo moving will be coming up! F*** Deliveroo, and anyone who works there! Move to KeeTa, they are on time, and if the meal is delayed, they give compensation, and the customer service is amazing and helpful! Once again, hope to see Deliveroo shut down and exit!
