I ordered a pair of reflective camel platforms back in march of this year. i have only worn them twice and both heels are starting to come unglued.I wore them once back in April for a 3hour show and took the boots off as soon as I got back to the hotel and put them back into the plastic sleeves with the cardboard inserts and paper stuffing, then back into the box they came in.They have remained in that box until last Friday, when I wore them to work. I work a desk job that does not require much movement at all and at the end of the day, I noticed that the glue line was visible all the way around the back of each heel and upon further inspection, the inner padding is exposed a bit on one heel and the glue line is visible along the sides as well. If I were to attempt to wear them a 3rd time, they would definitely rip the rest of the way. I have literally only worn these boots for a total of maybe 10 hours, once for 3 hours at a concert and once for 6.5 hours sitting at a desk. I contacted customer service regarding this issue and was told it would be reviewed by a manager and someone would get back to me shortly. after 4 days with no reply, I began messaging for the next 3 days with no reply until today, I received an automated response that basically told me nothing could done. I guess I'm stuck with these unwearable boots and out $63.
