I placed an order on May 13th, it is now May 27th and I too had sent 3 emails with no one responding. I figured out something was up after no the first time there was no response to my email and after I tried to track my package but apparently no carrier could be located to track my package.I just got off the phone with the bank and canceled my debit card , I suggest everyone do the same!
