Ref #132238747I have done my Dewa disconnection on 23rd Dec 2023, and still my refund is not done.. had so many chats with so many agents. They got a standerd reply msg, so everyone says the same things by passing the ball to another . Unprofessional service. Upto now i have not got my refund
