This is absolutely the worst decision I’ve ever made to have your service !! I'm following up to clear my refund since two months it's 500 for the love of God not 500,000 tons of emails tons of phone calls nobody even seems to care, I guess there is no even a manager follow up this complaint, Dubai is civilized country with high technology ,and this is happening!! is this for real! Tones of calls and what funny about it when i call show my angry visit. They absolutely will take it to high-level and send it to the responsible division, Rm section and of course, again after one week I make another call so to freaking months and today when I check my status online, it said refund request being rejected why the hell it's rejected why nobody called follow up with the customer absolutely the worst service in history ever I was planning to buy a property for my family, but no bloody way this time after what I faceبالعربي ولا خدمة عملاء ولامدير ولاحد يتابع شكاوي الماس للاسف! والله فعلا شي يحزن انه بدبي مثل هذه الامور بعدها تحصل اكثر من شهر ونص عشان ترجعون الضمان ! ايميلات واتصالات ما اقدر اعدها من كثر ما اتصلت وطرشت ايميلات وللاسف ماحد فاهم ولا حد يتابع لان مافي مدير اساسا هامنه العميل عشان يكلف خاطره ويتابع للاسف
