Elizabeth Cottage in West Lulworth is all we hoped for and more! Well equipped, and beautifully clean, this has to be the most comfortable holiday let we've ever stayed in. The beds, sofa and easy chairs are really comfortable! Plenty of storage space in bedrooms too.The upstairs bathroom looks brand new, with a claw-foot bath! The downstairs shower unit looks brand new too.The cottage garden is great for simply chilling, with lots of chairs, tables, and sun umberella. There's a brand new barbecue too! Kate, who manages it, is wonderful! So helpful, and kept in touch with us on way there to ensure we didn't get lost, and made sure there were interesting guide books available. Lovely welcome hamper too, including doggy goodies.West Lulworth has the advantage of being within a pleasant walk to the Cove but avoids the crowds, and has an excellent local shop with a very wide range of goods, from essentials to luxuries, with fresh bread and baked goodies delivered every day.
