I've met Bo Cochran on October 10, 2020, when I decided to purchase 2.5 Karet Diamond at Diamonds Direct for my fiancée at the time. Bo was assigned as the salesperson to help me with my needs, especially understanding of my budget constraints. I recently had a setback with my Fiancée, unfortunately she called it quits on our engagement plans and she returned the ring, which was very expensive, but Bo turn-it all around by presenting me with a positive outcome, by exchanging the engagement for a Submariner Rolex watch. Basically, it was an even exchange with no loss in the value of the ring and no additional cost to me.
