I think the food is very good. Tried medifast...no comparison! I have made a few adjustments that I'd like to share... The fettuccine cooks better on stove top, add chopped broccoli while cooking and it doubles the amount. I also add veggies to some soups instead of eating separately as I like to "see" a fuller bowl😋 I add a couple Tbps Salsa to chili and pasta. I add chives and tiny dab of lowfat sour cream...tiny dab...to mashed potatoes. Sprinkle Splenda on pancakes or add Cinnamon. Berry blast drink is so good, I have it every day. I put Strawberries in yogurt. Chocolate cake is yummy. I make pudding (freeze for a few mintes) to fool myself that it's food instead of a shake if I get tired of drinking😄 The bars are good to have in my handbag for emergencies. After the initial 4 or 5 lbs lost, weight loss is slower but a pound or 2 a week w/get you there...and more likely to stay off. I find I get over my cravings and hunger after a few weeks. I'm a fan of wonderslim👍
