Dog Gone Taxi is amazing. They provided excellent service. Rebeca was super nice and helped us every step of the way. Due to pet quarantine our pets (2 dogs & a bird) had to leave the US 21 days after our departure. Rebecca was giving us an update about our pets every step of the way, sending videos/pictures of them and also was updating on the process of paperwork that was being done for their upcoming flight. We felt safe trusting our pets to Dog Gone Taxi! It felt amazing knowing that the Dog Gone Taxi didn’t look at our pets as just some business, they genuinely cared for them and we could see it from the videos that were sent to us. Our pets looked like they felt home and happy. Our pets are now reunited with us in Dubai. They are as happy and playful as they were before we left the US and that is just one more confirmation that we made a right choice by choosing Dog Gone Taxi.
