I used Oldham cleaning services. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but felt I needed to write one. First cleaner who turned up did a great job however she stopped turning up and didn't provide me with any notice.I've had A LOT of issues with payment being taken out of my account without my knowledge even after I cancelled with Shelley They use Go Cardless. Cancel direct debit on your end. As per Go Cardless' T&C, I cancelled with the merchant, however payments still got taken out of my account. It was a pain and hassle for me to get my money back (eventually got it back). I was embarrassed that I had recommended Dolly Char to my friend (who has now cancelled with them as she experienced poor service). I would not recommend them to anyone and will be staying clear from this company
