Got to say I won't be ordering from you guys again. Having spoken to the delivery driver (who was the best part of the service) and also to another of your workers, they brought to our attention your new delivery rip. The first pizza we ordered was a $3.99 pizza that was priced at $15. I get that and figured that was the delivery price included (no transparency in your website so had to assume). Then everyone else took their turn ordering. I check the receipt afterwards and see the 2 $5 pizzas are $8 each and the other $3.99 pizza is also $8. It was explained by the delivery driver and your other worker that your new scheme is to add an extra delivery fee per pizza. There is no warning about this and ended up costing us $21 for delivery. Apparently you've had a number of complaints about this and your delivery drivers are copping a ton of slack from angry customers who rightly feel they have been blindsided. We are swapping to pizza Hutt from now on because they at least don't rip their loyal customers off or put their staff in the firing line for your deceit.
