I had an issue with hinge for bi-folding doors purchased 2 years ago. They were out of warranty, old purchase order not available and replacement part difficult to identify, as it could have come from a couple of companies. Frankie (the manager) was brilliant. Phoned round, went through old files trying to identify the original supplier. She finally got there and called me with the outcome. New hinges-hurray!!! Selling products is easy, but looking after your customers when it’s a “two bob job” is top level customer service. Dr D. Campbell.
