Just got off with Dover customer service. Bought a pair of breeches on a BOGO. Both were in the cart when the order was put through, with the code, within the time frame allotted for the BOGO. Confirmation email show up and there is only one pair on there. Call customer service. After telling her at least two times , if not three times to CANCEL THE ORDER, which was placed the day before, she kept pushing to accept another piece of clothing instead. NO. Cancel. The. Order. Says she’ll try, and I’ll see what I can do. No more Dover. Not giving my money to them anymore. Not for them to make a mistake and I lose out on a deal and still get stuck with an $84 payment in their bank account while I wait for the wrong item to arrive only to send it back. Terrible.
