Dover Saddlery should be ashamed. Spend $250 and get a $100 promo gift card to arrive via email on 27APR. It did not arrive prior to their tent sale. Nice move, Doper. I mean Dover. Selling defective merchadise at their annual tent sale under the guise of clearing out inventory. Non-returnable. Hahaha! Should have known better. Won't be shopping in their store or on line again. Since being acquired by equity firm Promus last year, everything Dover has gone down hill. BOOOOOOEDIT- dover responds to my review in hopes of creating the illusion that their team will help. My review was posted after contacting the store AND their customer support team. Blatantly denied any help whatsoever. Two thumbs down 👎🏻 👎🏻
