What an absolute joke of customer service! I tried to get a replacement part for an expensive Noble Equestrian rug after been given the third degree over when, why, and where I bought the rug from which retailer I used, which email address I used etc etc...... I was told by one agent I could buy one this was after I had happily said I would be happy to pay for it. I sent yet another email asking for the link to the item as I could not find it on their site only to get an email back from a different agent stating that they did not sell the clip I was after and my only alternative was to buy another £200 rug!Absolutely worst customer service I have ever come across.
