Bought an item. Never received a confirmation email. After a couple weeks I emailed them. First it was an issue with their system and I was told they’d provide a tracking number in 3 days. 3 days passed so I emailed again. Got a tracking number saying it was already delivered (a couple days after purchase). Then they wanted my address so they could redeliver. I asked for a refund. They asked for my address again so they could re-deliver. I insisted on a refund and then they didn’t reply to my emails after that.
