This course has been a very disappointing experience. The lessons are excessively long, filled with typos and poorly written English. The structure makes it feel like a full-time job just to get through the material. Nearly everything is text-based, with only a few outdated, low-quality videos that look like they were made in the 1980s.I encouraged my teenager to complete the course, but after seeing the issues she’s encountered, I completely understand her frustration. The lesson timers frequently malfunction—sometimes restarting even after she’s finished reading—which only adds to the discouragement. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and demotivating experience for her.I even reached out to the company to request a partial refund, explaining these concerns, but they refused to offer any resolution. That response only added to an already disappointing experience.
