This company is amazing. Using the online tool it is extremely easy to select the exact replacement hard drive for your computer, regardless of the model. Once ordered, assuming it is in stock, the order is fulfilled almost the same day. But it doesn't stop there. If there is a problem, writing or calling customer services will provide a no-hassle solution usually the same day. Regarding my own personal experience, I ordered an entry-level hard drive and later changed my mind and wanted to replace it with a pro-level drive. I wrote an email requesting how I should proceed. They called me within a couple of hours and provided an answer. It just so happened that they did not have in stock the entry-level hard drive in stock so they UPGRADED the order to a pro-level AT THE SAME PRICE. The amazing aspect of this is they resolved the issue the same day. I only wish that other mail-order companies would learn from this fantastic example of really outstanding service.
