I ordered 2 lipglosses from Dr Nima earlier this year. When I tried it, it didn’t work so I emailed Dr Nima’s customer support to ask if I could return the gloss that I had unopened, and had no response. So I messaged on Instagram and the customer service has been really terrible. Responses were minimal, slow and unhelpful. It says on the Dr Nima website that returns are possible as long as the gloss is unopened, you do need to email customer service to make a return though - but the customer service make returns impossible. They don’t respond. They’re the worst company I have ever purchased from. Not only does the gloss not work but their customer service is appalling. Please do not waste your money on this.
