I bought this because of the BOGOF offer in Jan 2021, and it honestly does absolutely nothing. As the other reviews state, it really burns which I assume is supposed to trigger some kind of swelling, but all it does is burn and make your lips and the immediate surrounding skin a very irritated red. It sits on the lips like a serum and you're instructed to not do anything for 10 minutes while it dries, but mine took SO much longer than that, and if you roll your lips even the slightest bit and this gets in your mouth, it chilli burns your tongue and throat. I even put a second application on when it had dried for a really fair trial and 2 coats did absolutely nothing but cause pain. I daren't even kiss my daughter until I washed it all away because of how irritating it is on the skin. Really wouldn't recommend.
