It’s a roll of the dice. I ordered 4 sweaters. It took 2 months to receive them. The customer service people are nice but it is clear they will not offer a refund even though I requested they cancel the order and provide a refund after waiting a month and the items still had not shipped. They do not give straight answers to very poignant questions about their location and shipping. When I finally did receive the items, I was pleased with their overall quality. If you can find similar items from a known vendor, I highly recommend going that route.
