Placed order 3/28/25. First they provided a UPS tracking number right after I placed the order, but then the next day the tracking showed 'shipment canceled'. I emailed them and they replied 3 days later that that was a mistake and order would ship on Monday the following week. Monday I get a USPS notification that a label had been created. It's Thursday 4/10, and shipping still hasn't updated. Glad I only ordered 1 orchid. Update: Revised rating from 1 to 4 stars. Finally received on 4/18. They included a free plant which was nice. Cattleya looked ok when received. It was well packaged.
