The plants show up yellowing and soggy but there is an acclimation process so I am hoping they recover. I know we're importing them but I feel like they can probably do better. Couple this with their horrible customer service and I'm not sure I'll purchase from them again. I had a question about the bundle I ordered so I asked for help. All three replies that I received were so rude and they told me that it was my fault and that I need to check orders better. I'm honestly surprised that at how rude their reply was I'm very excited that their competition's customer service has been great so far. I would not recommend this company.
