I have subscribed for year on 12/7/2022 with automatic renewal. On Dec7, 2023 I have cancelled my subscription. On Dec20,2023 I have noticed that educative still charged me $199 for next year. I have decided completely removed my account from them and dispute this charge with the bank.From December 20,2023 till now I am fighting with them to return my money back. They constantly are giving me wrong information and told me that they cannot do refund and need talk to bank. Bank told me that Educative should contact them. For now I was charged yearly fee do not have access to any of their contents and cannot get refund. They fraudulent and incompetent. Use leetcode for learning.
