I highly recommend finding another company to do your translation. One of the reasons I chose to go with this company was because of the higher ratings given on this site. I made a phone call to confirm their time frame and professionalism and verify it's a true company. It is a valid company and the quote I received for 16 Pages was good. I had them do the translations and since I don't speak Spanish or read Spanish I really didn't look over the documents too well. They gave certificates of accuracy which gave me confidence to think that they followed through to verify the work was correct. The start of the problems was the company did not give me certificate for accuracies for each separated document. They just sent me a few of them. So when I requested the additionals I was asked Which documents and then I received certificate accuracies. One of these works for a death certificate of my new wife's ex-husband, which they had a copy of, but on the certificate they put down my wife's name as the deceased. That kind of upset me but we move past it and then it took several tries but I finally got all the certificates. Later I found that they highlighted areas on the document because they were questioning the spelling of a name but I was ever informed that I needed to reply and give them these updates. It was just passed on to me and sent as your documents are complete. After everything was processed and I started doing thorough checks I found that my wife's passport number had a lot of additional ones added in the middle and that was incorrect so I sent in for a replacement so these are at least two discrepancies and there were more. Prior to all of these errors coming up I found out that I needed a different birth certificate so I submitted a quote for two pages to be translated and I was returned with a quote that was almost the same price as the 16 pages. Way more expensive than any of the other companies. In fact it was $150 more than what I actually paid another company to do it. And theirs came out accurate. Lastly is I had requested physical documents to be mailed to me and paid for that but a month and a half later I'm still not receiving those documents and I'm just told I'll look into it.In response to the reply I can tell you that I hired the company to write out everything and they gave accuracy certificates so I didn't feel the need to find another translator to read the Spanish back to make sure that they wrote this information in properly. Secondly there was one piece of paper that had highlighted areas and I was not aware of that supposed to be there or not. There was not any reply back to me asking me to review the documents and send them back for Corrections because they had questions about some of the handwriting. But even areas that were not handwritten were written wrong like passport numbers and then notating my deceased wives ex-husband's name as her dad's name on her translated birth certificate. These are huge mistakes. In my opinion maybe not to the rest of the community
